SMS Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2, 2026
1. Program Description
DailyDesk offers mobile messaging programs to provide users with:
- Security & Authentication: One-time passwords (OTP) and multi-factor authentication codes.
- Transactional Notifications: Account alerts, service updates, and billing notifications.
- Marketing & Promotions: Periodic updates on new features, special offers, and company news.
2. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent boxes on the DailyDesk website, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation.
We do not use "text-to-join" keywords for initial opt-in.
3. Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on user activity (e.g., login attempts) and account preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. DailyDesk does not charge a separate fee for these messages.
4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
To stop receiving all text messages from DailyDesk, reply STOP to any message we send.
Note on Global Revocation: In compliance with FCC standards effective April 2026, a STOP request will globally opt you out of all DailyDesk SMS categories (including OTP and Notifications). You will receive one final confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out.
5. How to Get Help (HELP)
For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact our support team directly at support@dailydesk.com.
6. Supported Carriers
Our messages are compatible with all major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
