Welcome to DailyDesk (the "Service"). By using our software, you agree to the following terms.

DailyDesk provides salon management software that allows businesses to:
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Offer online booking
- Check in customers
- Send SMS notifications (appointments, updates, marketing)
These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use DailyDesk, you must:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3. Payments & Subscriptions
- DailyDesk is a paid service (subscription or other pricing as agreed)
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- We may change pricing with prior notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
- Violate SMS laws or regulations (including consent requirements)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
You are responsible for how you communicate with your customers.
5. SMS & Communications
By using DailyDesk's messaging features:
- You confirm you have proper consent from your customers to send SMS
- Message and data rates may apply
- You must honor opt-out requests (e.g., STOP)
DailyDesk is not responsible for how you use messaging features.
6. Data & Privacy
- You own your customer data
- You grant us permission to store and process data to provide the Service
- We take reasonable steps to protect your data
7. Service Availability
- We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay fees
You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
DailyDesk is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Lost revenue or business interruptions
- Messaging issues (including carrier delays or failures)
- Customer disputes or missed appointments
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
